There's never a re-stocking charge for any item returned.

Contact should be made immediately upon receipt(within five days) of an item(s), should there be a problem. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Unwashed,unused cloth diapering items should be returned within 30 days for a refund. All brand new items must be returned in their brand new condition to receive full credit.

OrangeStarfish does not accept returned cloth diapers which have been stained, bleached, washed with baby detergents (i.e Dreft, Ivory Snow)or washed with fabric softners.

Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
